If they pull the game (Which is far and away one of the most badass games to ever be released.) from shelves, I think I'll sue the mother of the killer.

I'll say "He was only 17, what the fuck were you thinking letting him play a game that is clearly rated Mature?" (And for good reason, too! It's hardcore.) "Mature means 18+ lady, now I am suing you because your incompetence in monitoring your child has prohibited me from playing a game that I happen to like and that I also happen to be old enough to play. Emotional damages plus time and court fees... Hmm... $100,000 sounds about right. Pay up bitch!"

To me, the fact that it's rated Mature should be enough. It's the same as an R rated movie or a CD with Parental Advisory. The warnings are there so the parents can be aware of what their kids are up to. What if this kid went out and saw Texas Chainsaw Massacre and then went on a killing spree with a chainsaw? Would they pull the movie off the shelf? Fuck no! They'd say he mimmicked what he saw in the movie, but they sure wouldn't pull it off the shelves because of 1 dumbass kid.
