This shit is getting scary. The government has been wanting to shut down anything they don't "get" ever since they passed the damn Patriot Act...and there are lots of things the Republican Party doesn't "get."
Remember when everyone was pissed over seeing a split-second of Janet Jackson's tit, how they used the fact that a Van Helsing trailer was shown during family-friendly hours to help prove that the Super Bowl was evil? I mean, shit, forget about all the rednecks who left the game or the bar after watching the game on the tube and drove home drunk...that's nothing, but they showed a, gulp, vampire on TV. And we all know how dangerous vampires are. No one's EVER killed by a drunk redneck, but vampires kill people every damn day. Lousy nosferatus!!!!
The same kind of people who support shit like this are the same morons who think Bush is cool for attending rodeos. Anyone ever watch a rodeo? Not only are A LOT of animals abused simply so drunken morons can get their sick kicks, but a whole lot of bad grammar is passed around, usually by guys wearing the ugliest shirts on the planet. And how about Bush bragging about how much he supports the NRA while blasting ducks out of the air just for the hell of it? Now that PISSES me off!!! Hell, can you even call that hunting, shooting ducks at what's basically a wildlife reserve? Is that skeet shooting or mere blood sport? To murder animals is okay and probably a healthy Christian passtime, as is gay bashing, but you best not play a video game. And how about Bush campaiging at NASCAR events? America doesn't even speak my language anymore. I have no idea what they're trying to say or why they're saying it.
