The apartment i have is a nice one bedroom with 2 balconies for 600, 650 with washer and dryer....now for some insane reason, the list price is a wopping 840, which they could never, EVER rent this place at, its 700 square feet:rolleyes: , so they "discount it" down to the normal 600....
The bullshit comes in that if i dont give them 2 months notice, not breaking the lease mind you, my lease is up, i just havent given them 2 months notice, they charge me 80% of the 840, so thats 740$ ish for not telling them in advance....and get this.....they charge me the difference of the "discount" for EVERY MONTH IVE BEEN LIVING HERE
So 240$ for 12 months....plus 740, you get the picture, all for not telling them 2 months notice.....fucking insane....
