At least here in san diego... so many of the students are failing these tests that theyve lowered the bars to 7th and 8th grade levels,
and stil... Many are failing!! pretty funny
but hey... more drones to add to the fighting force right? fuck doctors, teachers, scientist... WE NEED MORE SOLDIERS!!!
