I don't really dig the ultra-realistic racing games, I just find 'em boring...so yeah, most of mine are on the wackier side...
Crash Team Racing
Twisted Metal 3
Mario Cart 64
MSR and N.F.S:UG (only on the basis of awesome visuals)
I really like the racing bits in Ratchet & Clank 2
Rock N Roll Racing (the original)
