I ESCAPED FROM DEVIL'S ISLAND (1973). Roger Corman (with brother) strikes again with a gritty little flick which could almost be a soulmate for PAPPILION (1973 also). OK in parts (Neat shark attack), but runs out of gas by the end. **1/2
