I'm having trouble remembering exactly what/who this was, but I'm pretty sure it was a TV ep. A woman, or man & woman are taken into a fallout shelter by a tense survivalist who tells them nuclear war broke out. She finds a radio and a normal broadcast, and realizes the survivalist is deceiving her to keep her there.

I think it was a Criminal Minds ep, but not sure.
