It's something of a relaxing, random watch.
This is more the "show about nothing" than the show actually called that.
Not bad for light entertainment.

I don't know. The title alone makes it sound pretentious and off-putting to me.

It's just another talkshow and Seinfeld showing off his A-list friends.
