Horror comics help us resurrect and resuscitate culture investments in campfire horror storytelling.
Even though
Michael Myers (the iconic fictional masked serial killer who stalks people on Halloween Eve) is the penultimate cultural storytelling symbol of everyday terror, modern horror film series such as
Scream (Wes Craven) and
Urban Legend (Original Film/Phoenix Pictures) do manage to create general street talk.
