2001 Maniacs
 

I read the preview for this movie earlier today, and sounds pretty good to me, it about a bunch of guys who take a wrong detour and end up in a bizzare town, i know it's been done before, but whatever as long Robert Englund is in it i think it's worth a look.

I've not really heard anything about it but if Robert England is in it I will be sure to check it out. Got anymore details about this movie?

all i can tell you is, Kane Hodder will have a small cameo in the film, it's a remake of the 1964 movie byHerschell Gordon Lewis and country singer Travis Tritt will play one of the pychos.

Any news on this film? I saw the trailer at a Q&A with Robert Englund MONTHS ago and never heard about it again. I think it's already out on DVD in the UK...I just wanna know if it's ever going to have a substantial theatre run in the US.

2,000 Maniacs is great, and this is actually one remake I may get off my ass to go see. but it's kinda the gay that they felt they had to name it 2,001 Maniacs... as though 2,000 weren't quite enough to get the job done. or maybe 2,000 was good enough for back then, but in these days of buffets and giant SUVs we need just a little more...

Yea apparently that extra one maniac was a real sicko and pushed them over the top. :D

2000 maniacs for me was not good movie at all :( :rolleyes:
