Wouldnt Ron Livingston make the BEST Louis Creed ever. I cant wait to hear who they're casting in this. Casting will make or break it. No one can replace Fred Gwynne as Jud, but they can try.

thats retarted there hasnt been enough time for them to be able and add anything to the original film. The first one is one of kings best and thats bullshit if they do it. Also the cast was so great and you cant replace fred guinn

What about Gage???
 

I loved the first one, the second was okay...but in the remake who are they going to cast as Gage. That little boy has gone on to do several different movies, including Wes Cravens New Nightmare.

Im sure they'll pick someone on the crew's son or something. He's three years old, so not to much acting selection.

Im just crossing my fingers that they pick Ron Livingston for Louis. I cant imagine someone better to do it.

other cast: ally sheedy, dakota fanning, cant think of a gage, and cant think of a judd except maybe for kenny rogers

It is really hard to determine who would be considered as a good cast for this movie. Dakota Fanning is a girl and way to old, but even still KRUGER is correct, it is just going to be some random kid so. Do you think that if the cast is all-stars, that it will take away from the movie?
