alien hand?
 

Has anybody heard of this?This guy i work with[he's a bit strange]
says he has a sleeping problem/sickness called alien hand.He said
he has been having dreams of being choked.He wakes up choking
himself with his hand.Well,last night he woke up screaming with an intense pain in his balls.Says he was squeezing the hell out of
his gonads in his sleep.Now,I've heard of sleep paralysis.Even experienced it a couple times but this I've never heard of.

Yeah I have heard of people choking themselves in their sleep...

If you have that problem just strap your hands down before you go to sleep, problem solved.

just soak em in whiskey before ya go to sleep, if anything they might molest ya, but will be too uncoordinated for a choke. *grinz*

Dont laugh guys.... My hand had sex with me all the time when i was in high school, even when i didnt want it too... (Sobs quietly...)

A person cannot self-suffocate to the point of death, asleep or awake.
If they're asleep, the body will automatically wake itself up, at least some time before going into a lethal kinda asphixia.
If they're awake, unconsciousness MAY occur, but the hands wouldn't stay clamped after "lights out".

Something like that happened to me, alittle different tho...

I was having an awesome dream about eating a giant marshmellow...and when I woke up my pillow was gone.
