Trying to remember an old Horror Movie
 

I was wondering if anyone can help me find an old Horror movie I watched as a child

The movie started out with a mirror being found near a garbage dumpster. Also there was a chandelier that glowed when the devil would be doing his "dirty" work.

Finally they had issues with plumbing and the plumber cut open a pipe and blood flowed out of it.

I believe it was the 80s when it was released any help would be greatly appreciated!!
