Plot summary:
Several years after the tragic death of their little girl, a dollmaker and his wife welcome a nun and several girls from a shuttered orphanage into their home, soon becoming the target of the dollmaker's possessed creation, Annabelle.

I don't understand how this could possibly get a sequel. I mean, the first one was okay but it's pretty much a closed history for me.

Dunno how this got a sequel either, the first sucked the second no doubt will suck equally as much.

I heard some great things about it! It even has a rotten tomatoe score of 100%

Both movies are worth watching and owning on Blu-ray, however the first came across for me as a little better than the sequel.
