Can a separate forum entitled "Promote Your Horror" be created and thus we can have all the spam in one place?

Can only be done by an admin, not a moderator

does anyone know how to contact the admin? If he isn't going to be here we need someone else to be an admin to keep control of things.

The only one that can appoint someone as admin is the owner

yes... is there anyone who knows how to get in touch with the owner?

I get that but I am asking if anyone knows how to get in touch with him outside the forum

My recommendation: They promoting a book? We throw it in the Books section. They promoting a short film? We throw it in the Horror Filmmaker or Indie Horror and Short Films section. An event? We throw it in the Events section. We have too many separate forums already.

He lurks around here...

but you can't see him or feel his presence at all; keeps himself highly invisible by all means.

He doesn't contact or speak to anyone, only acts in the worst case scenario sort of situation(s)...i.e. if the site goes down by the hackers or somehow. Then he fix that & leave. But still lurks around here, I guess...::devil::

I don't see why someone would put all the time, money and effort into something like this and not even enjoy it. It makes no sense.
