Crimson Peak
 

Guillermo Del Torro is amazing... and I am so excited for Crimson Peak!!! I am staying away from trailers, because I like to go into movies usually with no knowledge of what may be coming. I am just hoping it is as good as I think it can be.

I love his The Devil's Backbone and The Orphanage tremendously... if you guys somehow have not seen those, you must as well!!!

thanks very much this gives me two more movies to go look out for and watch when time allows. Sometimes I find I didn't hear about a film until I see the trailer and im like oh i want to see this and that and this and that and meh not that one lol

Days like today are rough for me. I do not feel physically well. Someone I know is going to the premiere of Crimson Peak in manhattan and the person going with them had to cancel. So she offered her second ticket to me. Being disabled is not fun on days like today, well more so than normal.

Not many ghost stories get me excited but considering the filmmaker I am very interested in seeing this

Is this a horror movie? Fantasy? "Scary" per se?

Apparently it is being promoted a gothic romance horror film

I actually am more into the ghost, paranormal, supernatural type horror movies myself!!!

but no doubt Guillermo Del Toro has me extremely excited for this one, and I am hoping its great!!!


and yes, its most likely a gothic romance, most of his work is geared towards that with ghost stories intertwined with one or two other stories all melding together.

This was one of my favorite horror movies of this year. The imagery and setting is pretty amazing.

The movie is truly amazing!! Del Toro scores again ::smile::

Meh.. found it rather dull.
