What is the difference between a classic horror and a black and white horror?

Don't know why I did that I meant to put silent film but I was not paying attention.

Eighties horror will always have a special place in my heart... I voted for 80's & 90's, of course.

I voted Black and White. I love old monster movies from the 50's
