Horror movie from the 80's, need help
 

I cant remember a name of the horror movie from the 80's, it was something about 4-5 girls in an abandoned house, and the killer is after them...i remember this fat guy in the movie, they like strangle him with a barbed wire or something. Pls help. Thanks
