Need help finding a 90's movie????
 

I'm new on here so hopefully doing this right. When I was a kid (26 now) I saw a movie that I've been trying to find the name of for years. At the beginning there's a group of teens on a bus. There looking at a black and white photo of a house. There's a little girl in the window but she disappears. The next thing I remember is there's a man in a lake and a woman comes up behind him with a chainsaw or axe and kills him. I think she's possessed. At the end there's a priest in a room full of upside down crucifixes. I need to find out the name. Any help very much appreciated.
