help with 80s movie
 

Hey guys.

Im trying to find a horrormovie I saw when I was young...should be 80s but could be early 90s.

All I remember is a demonic book, a creepy living corpse-thing (think it wore a trenchcoat) that went around getting bodyparts. I specificly remember him taking the fingers of a pianotuner or player and lips from some other guy or girl.

and if Im not mistaken there was a demondog at the end:)

Ive searched high and low and googled all sorts of combinations but I havent been able to find it.
