Hi everyone, I can't say how happy I am to have found this site. Basically I'm from Ireland and play semi professional rugby here.I also work in a hospital and am studying a law degree in University.

I absolutely love getting the shit scared out of me, however I've been nothing but disappointed with what mainstream cinema has tried to produce in this genre over the last 10 years. What I am hoping to discover from my time on this forum are some less known, terrifying flicks which may not have gotten the hype that most of the hollywood duds of recent times have gotten. For example, I watched House of The Devil last night, having never heard of it before, and although there weren't a huge amount of jumps, I found the use of suspense to create a frightening atmosphere to be brilliant.

Anyway, I look forward to being an active member!
