Here's what it says on the official website:

We are seeking quality submissions of horror, sci-fi and dark fantasy of a surreal or bizarre nature. Show us something strange and unique, take us into the mind of a killer or to a world where anything is possible. Submissions can be anywhere from 500 words to 2500, we like flash fiction and longer pieces. We are also seeking surreal artists. Painters, sketch artists, comic strips, graphic novel, photo manipulation, anything mind bending. While we cannot afford to pay yet, we do provide maximum exposure and will put whatever links you want so others can see your art and blog. We have a growing readership that should reach about 10k in another month. We are a digital magazine and are working on an Ipad app and other exciting projects. Be a part of something amazing.
