Happy New Year to all the fine guys and gals on HDC.

What did you all get up to?

For me... Myself, my wife, and 2 children went along to see the fireworks on Sydney Harbour.

Then we went home and cracked a bottle of Perrier-Jouet Belle Epoque 2002 to toast the new year.

A nice start to 2012

Still 8 hours to fireworks.

Started on my first champaign tho. :)

It's 9 27 PM right now, on 31st night. Still about 2 and half hours to go for 2012.

And we had plenty of rain on the 31st! A first in quite a long time.

Same time zone as me i see

Can it be... no the thought is too crazy... you're both from The States?!!!

Considering that there are people from different countries and continents that post on here i don't think its that crazy that i expressed mild interest that not only are we both from the states but share the same time zone.

An extremely rare Saturday off work for me means I can work on some of my writing projects. This is excitement for me.

Yeah i've noticed before and usually dont mind. I think i'm just a little on edge lately.
