Posts need to be approved by a moderator?
 

Anyone else getting this?

I seem to be able to post in general ok but anywhere else this comes up.

One of the site admistrators was here earlier, setting up some antispam measures. This may have been an unintended side effect. We'll try and get it taken care of.

Is it for all posts, or for posts which require an image/video link?

If it's the latter, then it might be an anti-spam measure. Let me see if I see anything on my front.

P.S. - Just approved your "Last Seen Movie" post, Elvis. It should show up now.

This is specifically for posts which include links to external websites. They are subjected to Moderator Approval.

In last seen Asian movie thread, I just experienced the same shit. At first I though I did something wrong, then 2nd time of the same post, I noticed the moderator approval thing. And meantime posted a back up in the Last seen movie thread. Minutes later, saw my doubles posts on the same thing on the LSAM thread but no post in LSM. Then again, after some moments, both of my same posts on LSAM thread gone & the back-up one on Last seen movie thread appeared!:rolleyes:

Why regular members should have go through this anti-spam measures? That's bit frustrating.

If it means I don't have to deal with the real spammers, I'm more than happy to have it.

Gotta agree....the spamming is out of control.

I posted in the "Exploitation and Video Nasties" thread (without links/pics) and the approval message came up but then it didn't come up when I posted again in the quotes thread.

Not sure what's up there? I think there may be a bug that if I've previously posted a link in the thread it comes up that my post needs to be approved.

I'm all cool with the anti-spam changes just a few bugs that need sorting out.

EDIT: I think if the post ends up on a page where I've previously posted a link the message will come up.

yup same thing just happend to me on 3 wishes thread

There's nothing the mods can do about this- an administrator needs to fix it.
