Hi there; need help identifying a movie EDIT - SOLVED!

Hi everybody -
I just discovered this site, and hopefully I can find help identifying a film that will utterly terrorize and traumatize a perfectly nice girl I know. Because that's
the kind of guy I am.
I only know a rough outline. The concept is that one rents the video (or now DVD, I suppose) of this film from a store, goes home, starts to watch it, and
an apparently ordinary film of some sort is then hijacked by some creepy nut
who says he SAW you rent it in the store and has followed you home, and is
now watching you watch the film. And he has very unpleasant plans for you.
That's all I know. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Best,

I'm not sure but look at this webpage scroll down to "The Last Horror Movie" it could be either the british or american version.

Movie Identified! Thank you Fearonsarms

Hi there, Fearonsarms:
Thanks so very much. That certainly seems to be the movie (the British
one). What a treasure this site is - such a quick and courteous response!
And the CORRECT one! I'm not a frequent moviegoer, I don't even own a
television, and I NEVER see terror films. I'm already in a constant state of terror. I like movies where the little bunny rabbit runs into his friend the baby
bear, and then they drink hot chocolate together and fall asleep. But this site
is so awesomely cool, and the site you linked me to is so awesomely cool, that I think I've discovered a wonderful new world.

Thanks again.
