I'd buy a bottle just to have it for sure.

$49.99 a bottle. It's a bit dear for me...

I paid $140 on E-bay for the Zuni Fetish doll I have in the box, lol. $50 for a bottle of wine isn't a big deal to me.
I'll never open it, so maybe down the road my kids can sell it to another sucker like me.

I don't really give a fuck about the lugosi family and wouldn't buy their wine unless someone told me it was really good.

I don't see how people could see this as a collectible, just get some percocets and draw lugosi's face on the label. lugosi brand painkillers

I'll ask tomorrow if my store can get it. That way, at least I get it at cost. Wine markups are almost 40%, depending on the seller, so I'll see what wholesale is on it.

I don't know, I guess it just seems kind of lame because bela lugosi had nothing to do with it and his family are just using his name to make money.

I see your point. But Marilyn Merlot with different pics of Marilyn Monroe on the label every year sell great, and it's not a great wine but sells for a high price.
I think we're $52.99 a bottle.
It's all in what a person thinks the value is.

I could care less if it's grape juice in the Lugosi bottle, I just want to have an unopened one.
I guess collectibles are dependent upon the person.

Earlier this year the Lugosi's had a table at Monsterpalooza to promote their wine. I really don't see how it would add to a collection, being a life long monster collector myself, I wouldn't care for it but, the promotion posters are really cool!!!
