Most users online 2009?

At the bottom of the forum on the What's going on segment.. it says this:

Most users ever online was 448, 08-31-2009 at 04:29 PM.

then under that, it has my name on there. but I wasn't even here in 2009!

The names listed under that are the names of the members currently online.

I noticed it says that even when I'm not logged in.

why does it say 2009? or is that something else?
