Horror.com Forums - Talk about horror. - Looking for a Horror film

Hi there. I was hoping somebody could help me out here.
I was talking with a friend at work about horror films and he tried to recommended one for me but he couldn't rememeber the name. He described it as taking place in a lunatic assylum and the dvd cover had a dentist like chair.
I did a search online and found Session 9. My friend then told me it wasn't that film because the one he was talking about was a British film, but the chair on the cover of Session 9 is the same type of chiar on the cover of the film he was trying to reccomend to me.
Does anyone have any idea what this film is called?
