Newbie - Horror author and film geek
 

Hey everybody,

I'm Bobby (or Robert if you prefer). I've always been a horror fan since I was a kid. My older brother used to have a subscription to "Fangoria" magazine that would come in the mail sealed in these black plastic bags. I also used to have Freddy Kreuger posters all over my bedroom as a kid, and a few of my friends would choose to sleep in a different room during sleep overs because of it. Ha!

Anyway, I recently wrote a vampire novel and uploaded a digital copy of it onto Amazon. It's called Alex: The Demon Chronicle, it's about 45,000 words long and priced at just .99 cents. I'm hoping someone will give it a chance and take a look. Here's a one sentence description of the story:

"A teenage outcast in upstate New York seeks revenge through an ancient ritual that transforms him into a vampire, only to be haunted by the ghost of his only love."

So, anyway, that's my story. Oh, I just wanted to add that I recently TRIED to watch Rob Zombie's remake of Halloween and I had to turn it off it was so bad. What a travesty... I'm betting I will hate the remake of NIghtmare on Elmstreet as well...
