Squeaky Fromme
 

Apparently Lynette "Squeaky" Fromme, Charles Manson follower and attempted assassin of President Gerald Ford is scheduled to be released on parole on August 16, 2009.

Anyone have any thoughts on this? I don't think she should be let out. She tried to kill the President.

John Waters is trying to get Vanhouten out. Apperently she is rehabilitated, I do agree she should be let go, her sentence was life with parole but the judges never gave it to her simply because she was a follower of Manson.

Stupidity is not the problem but rather an absence of moral intuition. The sort of thing that comes from living in a society where moral and legal are one and the same. If it were legal to toss babies at a brickwall as a sporting event, people would think it was moral.
