Need Help With Halloween Radio Station
 
I want to put together a halloween radio station? but I dont know where to start. I have googled it and found a few things but can get anything going can anyone help me whith what to do. Nothing fancy, just a website to play halloween music all year on.

Ive tried ubroadcaster not a big fan of it.
