So, tonight's the big night

Many times here we have discussed meeting members of Horror.com.

What if one of them was moving in with you?...Could you even IMAGINE?

Posher is loading up his clothes, his fish and his television (apparently the 25" tv we have in the guest room isn't as desirable as his small flat screen  ), and heading up this way tonight.

I think he's gonna bug the hell out of us :p

But, I also think it will be a learning experience for him and help him to make the transition into adulthood and personal responsibility :)

I thought that little bastard was in school, living in a dorm.

This just screams reality TV.

He hates it...He wants to get a job and a place of his own...He wants to choose a life and a lifestyle for himself, instead of one that his parents have dictated for him...He wants to see what it's like to be out on his own...He doesn't feel like he has that opportunity while he's down there trapped under his parents' thumbs...He's an adult now, and he wants to try to live like one.

If he's half as abrasive as he is on here then you're in for hell of a time. :D

So if my wife ever throws me out....you have extra room?

one with a refrigerator of course....I'll supply my own beer.

Actually, we DO have a mini refrigerator in the basement...And the basement has a separate livingroom, bathroom and bedroom (however one of Seri's friends pretty much destroyed the bathroom down there when we let him stay, and now the hot water doesn't turn on in that bathtub...It can be fixed, but we haven't gotten around to it)...BUT...You know your wife would never let you go ;)

I'm glad Posher is getting away from his Mom specifically. It will be great for him to get out on his own and you are the perfect mix of a responsible and fun landlady person.

Have fun! :)

Thanks for the vote of confidence, that's very sweet, however I'm not fooling myself, I know that there will be times when we will clash, that's normal...I will be encouraging him while trying not to 'push' him, it's a delicate balance, but Seri survived :)...In fact, she's very happy on her own and doing extremely well, I'm very proud of her...Our intention is to do the same for Posher that we have done for Seri (and a few of her friends)...I'm looking forward to seeing him grow on many levels, but I'm also a bit apprehensive, which is also to be expected...And personally, I believe his father is more oppressive than his mother, his mother just doesn't want to lose her baby...I understand that, too.
