PG-13 horror movies
 

ok here is the deal, i need about 5 PG-13 horror movies because I'm going to have a sleepover and my friend cannot watch R rated movies because of his religion (Mormon). Here is my list so far...

-What Lies Beneath
-The Ring
-Darkness Falls
-The Haunting
-The Others

and if needed: Signs

Does that sound like a good list? Does anybody have any more to reccomend?

Well my opinion is that 4 of the 6 are good choices. (Is the Haunting, the original??? Cos if not, then 3 of the choices are good)

The other two I dont like are 'Darkness Falls' and 'Signs'.

Darkness Falls was the most overrated film I've seen in ages. Not even Emma could save that shit. Corny is a word that just doesnt cover it! Though I must admit the Matilda swooping scenes were well done. Pity the storyline crawled up its own ass and died about 20 minutes in!

Signs. I was talkin to a friend about this one. Ok. It's well made, but it tries to be something it isn't (like so many movies these days) All the acting is good, the story is pretty good too, but it lacks!

The Ring is the best choice there (it is the original isnt it??? LOL... Do you get the idea I dont like remakes???).

I didnt know that Mormons couldnt watch anything stronger than a PG-13. You learn something new everyday!

Lord of illusions (I think this one is not rated)

You should make sure you watch signs. Easily the best movie in that list.

jaws would be a good one to add to the list.
