Troma Entertainment (the guys behind Toxic Avenger, Poultrygeist, Cannibal The Musical, SGNT. Kabukiman NYPD, etc) has a brand new official podcast entitled TROMAcast: Greetings From Tromaville!

The podcast is bi-weekly and features Troma President Lloyd Kaufman along with various guest each episode.
