HDC Chooses: HDC Choice of Meat?
 

I am sure we have some vegetarians among us, but those who are non-vegs and relish their dishes, which would be your choice?

And does your particular choice have a favorite dish too?

I have always been partial to chicken. Especially the way its made around these parts. Not exactly biryani or curried, but with plenty of onion/garlic/ginger paste-gravy, with powdered traditional spices mixed into it. Takes around 30 mins to prepare, but boy...does it melt in the mouth!

beef. I love burgers, they are my favorite food. You also can't beat a good steak. or roast.

Dont get me wrong, there really isnt a meat i have tried that i dontlove, but Beef is where its at. they used to have their own godamn commercial. Its whats for dinner. (and it was tonight incidently)

I like beef, fowl, pork & fish. I voted for fish cuz I do love it, being a Northwesterner. The word "fish" covers a lot of territory- from cod, haddock, halibut, snapper, samon, tuna to clams, scallops and much more. You can have it raw, smoked, dried and fixed in innumerable ways. It's healthy and it's brain food.

chicken - but i've been giving some serious thought lately to becoming a vegetarian.

Lamb.
Served roasted yet rare, Stabbed and stuffed with garlic, I usually like to make a dryrub from cumin, salt, dried rosemary and cracked pepper.
Pretty simple but one of my favourite things.

I'd have to say a close second is crocodile. Very nice.
I'll just lightly pan fry mine in a little oil, oregano lemon and pepper.

Beef & Chicken. For lunch & Dinner I like Chicken with the rice. But in case of Burgers...I always go with the beef. But above all, my most favorite item is...EGG!:) ....Yummy!

i try not to eat at fast food restaurants and such too much, but fuck it, some times i can't resist.
