ok i just seen this a little while ago. and it was good but what was it supposed to be. it wasnt really like evil dead (different story) but had some of the same stuff. but it was allmost like a amuture film. does any one know why it was made? and has anyone even seen it?

It was the test movie that the makers of Evil Dead made to show to possible investors to get money to make Evil Dead. That's why it has 2 of the cast members (hehe, 'members') from Evil Dead.

Well...it had some of the same actors...Mostly just Bruce Campbell. But heh, yeah, it was the test film. Wow, I learned something partially useful from my vast collection of B movie actor autobiographies...thought I'd never see the day...'course I didn't answer anything but hey, what the hell...I'm going to tell myself I'm useful >.>;.
