Why do Spammers target the Database?
 

It just seems weird to me that the spammers always seem to post in the Horror Movie Database. Is there any reason behind that?

(By the way, there's a deluge of spam being posted there right now as I type this.)

I don't know, but it has been like this for quite a few days now.

Lots of people register with weird names only to spam some gibberish in the Database forum and then leave.


Not hurting anyone, but it's annoying.

I just had a look and couldn't see any. Although, it was a brief look.

That's because the HDC trash can gets emptied on a daily basis.

doesnt annoy me, i just ignore it.

I detest spammers just in case that's never been noticed :D
