Ouch...
 

Yesterday, my daughter and I went grocery shopping. i was taking a large number of bags into the house (i think 4 per hand, plastic obviously) and when walking up the small front porch, i tripped on the top step and fell. The doorway into our house is about a foot and a half up, and i landed hip first ion to it. the effect was similar to movies where a person is picked up and snapped like a stick over someone's knee. I was also walking at a brisk clip, so it hurt pretty bad. I bruised my hip, hurt my back and threw my neck out.


Just figured i would share that.

Yep. Nothing new here. And i have been walking at least 31 of the 32 years i have been alive.

I have been very tired and exceptionally clumsy lately.


I have also been trying like a madman to get somethign published, but so far, no luck.


On the plus side, my wife had her first GOOD birthday in years on saturday.

like last week, i almost broke my ankle kicking a punching bag. i stepped back and swisted it in a hole. i heard a crack and for days i was in pain. still to this day, im weary of putting to much weight on it....
