Halloween costumes

So, with the Halloween party season upon us, and the day itself rapidly approaching, what costume plans do you all have, if any?

I myself plan on going as the Elephant Man, from the Lynch film:

The hardest part was finding a burlap sack like that, but i was lucky enough to find one at the bank, and they were nice enough to give it to me.

The rest i can order online or get at a craft store.

So, what about the rest of you?

Cool.. I not going for "scary" or "adorable" or "cool" this year.

I'm going for originality...thought this would be funny

as a Gangsta Clown....with grillz, baggy jeans, the rainbow hair, the makeup, no balloons though--no puppies--one that is a modern day, semi-destitute clown that "can't afford the multi-colored suit or stretchy shaped ballons--one that needs someone to help him get "bailed out." This is going to be my story when people point and stare.

A coat hanger and a Bic lighter.

Very nice....what kind of coat hanger the one without a bottom, or the one that has a bottom and you can slip a pair of pants or something underneath?

it's always great when someone puts enough thought into their costume to turn into more than a costume, but more like an actual character they play.

An abortion clinic?

Not sure what I'll be dressing up as or if I will. My band's lined up for a Halloween show so it'll have to be something I can play in.... and something that doesn't make me look like Slipknot.

I try...it was a thought and just wanted to see where it went. And the character thing? That's sounds like a good idea if I ever decide to make a horror film--with that character. Hmmm.

But yeah after being Bat girl, cat woman, princesses, power rangers, etc, I got kinda bored about the lack of individuality with costumes; I think that's the only bad thing about growing up in the 90s to me--we had so much access to stuff in terms of toys and costumes--we had parents get us whatever was "hot" not neccessarily appreciating the true value of their hard work getting it or the principle itself. So whenever it was "no longer hot" they would be disappinted--not b/c they stopped loving us as a parent--but more of a deeper reason.
