Favorite Halloween Season Movies?

Okay, so what are the movies you love to watch during the Halloween season?

Some of the movies that get me "in the mood" are...

Horror of Dracula
Halloween II
Dracula vs. Frankenstein
The Werewolf vs. Vampire Woman

The Ring
The Exorcist
Dog Soldiers
The Thing

Atmospheric horror gets me in the mood. And Dog Soldiers has Werewolves :)

Oh, and of course Halloween 1 and 2, and if I am feeling masochistic, 3.
"8 more days till halloween, halloween, halloween. 8 more days 'till halloween, Silver Shamrock!"

Try getting that out of your head :)

Heh heh...for some reason, the trashy/cheesy quality of Halloween II makes it more fun to watch than the original film...the really synthy-sounding score works too...

Nightmare on Elm Street franchise
Scream trilogy
Some of the Halloweens
the first 3 Hellraisers
Anything with Zombies

I'm doing these at my party this year. Hopefully, I'll have enough time to watch a few of them uninterupted.

From Hell, Witchfinder General, The Loved One, The Abominable Dr. Phibes, No Way to Treat a Lady, Funny Games, Haxan, Dawn of the Mummy, Sugar Hill, Blue Sunshine, 10 Rillington Place

It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown
Nightmare Before Christmas
I've grown very fond of Monster House as well.

I also like to throw in some Universal classics, my favorite being the Creature. Wolfman is also great for Halloween.
