Ample scope for development

Kerala with her excellent coconut-palm fringed beaches, Lagoons, coves and breath-taking beautiful backwaters is undoubtedly attracting a lot of tourists. But, more than tourism, Kerala has arrived on the real estate scene too!

Kerala today is positioned to provide accommodation in the form of apartments and penthouses and many value added facilities and amenities to the residents. The suburbs of Kochi like Kakkanad has big construction companies which are now offering residential and commercial facilities designed for high income group customers. International construction companies with expertise in developing large-scale housing projects will hope to play an active role in Real estate in Kerala. What is interesting about Kerala is that the state has recently woken up to its formidable potential in the real estate market in India. The scope for development is immense as there is plenty of land available and even the local population is keen to draw on the benefits of owning any kind of property in the state. Anywhere you look, buildings are coming up rapidly to meet the growing demand by the companies which are contemplating relocating due to comparatively cheaper day to living conditions with big city facilities, as compared to Delhi or Mumbai!

But i watched Manchester City kick the Danish FC. Midtjylland out of The Uefa cup. That was cruel and painful to watch. Almost had me in tears.
