Absolutely horrifying and sometimes compelling Spanish made psychological horror thriller about an ex-nazi that loves to sexually assault, torture and murder kids. After realizing the horrible stuff he has done in the past, he tried to commit suicide but failed, leaving him paralyzed to the neck in a special lung machine which he calls his glass cage. A young man becomes his nurse but unknowlingly he happens to be a former child rape victim that seeks out revenge.

A sick and twisted movie that deals with the evils of humanity even during WWII and pedophila including torturing and murdering kids. This movie makes "Hostel" look like a kid's movie, this movie ranks up there with "Jack Ketchum's Girl Next Door", "Funny Games", "Men Behind The Sun", "Salo", "The Untold Story" and "Guiena Pig" as one of those need a shower after watching it movies.
