Just an ongoing thread I thought might work...how about we mention random facts, and/or news that we didn't already know, on imdb, then yknow, discuss as necessary?

My first submission is something I just read about an upcoming miniseries
Stephen King will be making/writing a screen adaptation of himself/Peter Straubs
book, The Talisman.
Personally I think this is great news as it's a tale I've ALWAYS thought would make for good watching. I think the miniseries format suits it better as well.
So yeah, just something I came across, and was happy to...

Yes a mini series. Kings works rarely come off well when it's just a movie.
