Need Help Figuring Out Old Horror Movie
 

Ok so a few years ago i saw a horror/comedy and cant remember it right now anyways its about this guy who some how ends up at a carnival of freaks ran by this guy who deforms them...the main uy gets deformed himself and needs to get out and help everyone out if anyone knows thank you so much

The only thing that comes to mind, not horror at all...spy kids.

i remeber at the end he at a talk show with some girl with green feet who ends up in a vat of goo
