need help on title
 

i saw a movie when i was a kid and the only thing i remember is the final scene where the only survivor is setting in a cave banging a stick or rock and it's obvious she gone nuts i think it might have been something like a hills have eyes type movie but not sure. some help please i'm pretty sure it came out before 1988
