Need some help with food

I need some help with some recipes that originate from Florida.I'm doing a project and the theme is all about Florida. I need some original dishes(no orange juice) that are easy to prepare and are 100% Florida. Anyone who knows anything that can help please let me know!!! Thanks!

Not quite sure how many actually originate here. The culinary diversity is probably one of the highest in the country but ehh, i dunno.

I agree with Smacky... I've lived in Florida my whole life - it's very diverse. Everything I grew up on is mainly run of the mill Southern cuisine, like chicken N dumplin's, cornbread dressing, greens (YUCK), grits, fried chicken, any kind of seafood or fish, and fried pickles. Okay well... fried anything really. The only thing I can think of that screams Florida is the Key Lime Pie.

Yeah ggo with the Key Lime Pie, its definitely a Florida dish. It originated in the Florida Keys, hence the name.
