Screamfest 2007

Just wondering how many are attending Screamfest this weekend down in Orlando, FL. I would love to get up with people from the board for some convention fun.

BTW, nice to be back. Been gone due to work the last month or so.

If you want to pay my air fair, then I'm sure a holiday can be arranged - I live in Scotland

No, but, when I do get to the U.S I will have to arrange it for a time when there are plenty of things like this on..

Is there a time of year which is good for Horror conventions and the like there?

Usually around Halloween time is when there are the most horror Cons at least in FL. I believe there are a few in Cali during the summer months.

Screamfest L.A. is going on right now. It isn't a convention, it's a 2 week horror film festival.

Tomorrow is the red-carpet premiere of 30 Days of Night and this weekend they're screening Friday 13th part 3 IN 3-D!!!!!

That plus Knotts Scary Farm, The Queen Mary, Universal Haunted Horror Nights, the Haunt and tons of other events make Los Angeles a fantastic place to be during the Halloween season...if you've got cash to spend:o

I'd love to see Friday the 13th pt 3 in 3D, that part at the end where Jason looks out the window without his mask still freaks me out...

Are you going Rod?
