It's been awhile.....
 

Its been way to long since i've been here, my fiancee and I have just purchased our first home, and have been "updating" it. I hope to be on a lot more now that most of the work is out of the way. I've missed all of you, and look forward to this great community once again.

Actually, I am very happy for you guys, buying a house is a really exciting time in life:cool:

LOL I was ready to sell it the first day, I've been running into one problem after the other. The last lady that lived in it was in her late 80's. She passed, and I got the house for a very great price.

Everything was outdated, just so you get the picture their was a Ringer Washer, a fridge that had medal ice cube trays. So if you can remember them items you can probley picture what a nightmare I've been going through. I completly gutted the bathroom, and that was the first remodeling project. The next is drywall in the living area.

I would like to thank all of you on the congrats, thanks for that humorous response novakru, both my finacee and I are extremely happy about this big step in our lives at such a young age :D
