Henry Rollins Show

ok - i don't get IFC channel but ran across this on-line. Now i'll admit to hating Henry Rollins (its personal, don't ask) - but i loved the 'interviews' with the guests just talking to the camera and what a fabulous mix of guests- oliver stone, werner herzog, thom yorke, frank black, its like everyone i think is cool was invited onto this show. anyone seen this?

Yes, great show. I like the interviews because they have an awkward feel to them.
I loved the one with Ozzy...great stuff.

Henry has the type of personality that you either hate or love.
I saw him long long time ago in VA BCH and when off-camera and off-stage he was brutal to alot of people.

I love him, but would probably clash if I knew him personally.

Now that you've brought it up, and said don't ask...why do you hate him?
You gotta tell:D

I don't get the IFC channel on my cable service, so I've had to resort to youtube for snippets from his show. I checked out the Werner Herzog interview and a few others, and enjoyed them.

I'm a fan of the guy; his spoken word concerts are entertaining, and I dig his music (End of Silence and Pretty Hate Machine are great albums). Plus I get a kick out of it when I see him in a movie. I saw a Richard Kern flick called The Right Side of My Brain several years ago; it's mostly known for the scene of Lydia Lunch fellating some dude, but Rollins appears in it (skinny and with long hair) for a minute or two.
