Cannibal Holocaust

A must see movie for all lovers of HORROR and GORE!!

For those unfirmiliar with the film it was made in 1979 (i believe) by Italian film maker Ruggero Deoato. It was the Blair Witch of its time and but much better!

Its about 3 film makers that travel to the "Green Infreno" to film a doco about the people living there ... but go missing (very spooky set up) ...

The special edition has been out for some time so if you havent seen it your missing out!

NOT FOR THE FAINT HEARTED!! A great little horror pic and one of my favs!

I love this movie! It can very easily called a classic.

Maybe not so much a *classic* - but simply having a cult following.

This is at least the 10th time I've seen this thread about CH, and I haven't been @ HDC a year.

it's not a classic it's just infamous. IMO it doesn't fit in with psycho, TCM, halloween etc. in the classic category.

it is a definite must see.... no matter your view on it... i always recommend people see it... not in a this is an entertaining film way just it has to be seen... the subject matter and themes in it is very thought provoking... or had me shouting at the screen
